VISA to Bhutan
Besides visitors from India, Bangladesh and Maldives, all other visitors to Bhutan require a visa before they arrive to Bhutan. Indian, Bangladeshis and Maldivian nationals can obtain a visa at the port of entry on producing a valid passport with a minimum of 6 month validity (Indian nationals may also use their Voters Identity Card (VIC)).
Visas processing can be directly be done by KTBT reservation .
All you need to submit to us is
A digital copy of a valid passport
A recent digital passport photo
Arrival and departure dates
Valid travel insurance for the duration of your travel
Payment details (Tariff)
– $ 40 one time Visa Fee
– $ 100 Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) per day per person
– Logistic fee for Transport/Hotels/Guide/

Exemption and Concessionary Levy.
Subject to any conditions specified in the Rules, the Competent Authority may provide for an exemption or concessionary levy rate on the applicable Sustainable Development Fee:
(1) Day tourists who do not travel beyond the first designated point are exempt.
(2) Children aged 5 and under are exempt.
(3) Concessionary levy of 50% for children aged 6 to 12 years.
(4) Other exemptions or levy rates that may be deemed necessary.
Cancellations
Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
(a) Within 45 days of the start of the tour programme: Free
(b) Within 30 days: 10% of the rate
(c) Within 14 days:30% of the rate
(d) Within 7 days: 50% of the rate
(e) Less than 7 days or cancellation without notice: 90% of the rate
(f) After arrival in Bhutan: 100%
Delayed Arrivals
There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance prior to travel.
