If you are interested to sleep a night or two in a Bhutanese Farm house , its very possible . KTBT offers Farm house reservations in Paro, Phobjikha , Haa and Punakha . You can literally live with a family , cook food with them, milk the cows and help the family work in fields. Your whole day itinerary can be spend learning how a farmers spends his/her daily life and in the evening you can enjoy a Hot stone bath with a glass of local Ara ( bhutanese fermented drink) listening to the myths of Bhutanese folk tales from the family and KTBT guide.

If your time is limited yet you want a Yoga session , we suggest you an hour or so with one of the Yoga masters ManipaYoga in Bhutan.

You want your kids to try it out or you want to challenge a rugged , untamed river in Bhutan, you can have an option. A funday of rafting along with your family or friends can be an interesting event while in Bhutan. We normally have rafting in Punakha either on the Mochu or Phochu rivers.

Voluntary Artists Studio, Thimphu, popularly known as VAST was set up in 1998 by a group of professional artists as a not-for-profit organisation with the primary aim to provide opportunity to the Bhutanese youth to participate and develop their potential artistic talents especially in contemporary art, develop sense of social responsibilities through community services and also to explore art as a vocation.
